Easter	4 Day Min Booking	As per Government Gazette
Long Weekends	3 Day Min Booking (20% Surcharge applies for bookings of less than 3 days)	As per Government Gazette

Extra Person Tariff

Villas	$20.00 per. night
Luxury Villa	$20.00 per. night

Deposits

Normal Periods – the equivalent of 1 night’s tariff, with the balance due on arrival.

Peak Periods – the equivalent of 1 night’s tariff, due within 7 days of booking, with the balance of 50% of the total tariff due 3 months prior to travel. Any outstanding balance is due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

More than 14 days notice:

You will receive a full credit less a service charge of $100.00. Alternatively your deposit may be transferred in full to an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking.

Less than 14 days notice:

Full deposit is forfeited.

Peak Times/School Holidays:

Cancellations advised within 90 days of booking date will be subject to a cancellation charge or forfeiture of full deposit/payment if we are unable to re-let the full period of the booking.

Amendments or changes within 90 days of booking date will be subject to a service charge of $100.00.
